John is a seasoned Registered Psychologist with 17 years of experience, holding two Master's degrees in Sports Psychology and Counseling Psychology. He has spent the last 15 years working as a Sports Psychologist and Executive Coach, helping athletes across all levels—from amateur to professional and Olympic—to overcome mental blocks, enhance their performance, and reach their full potential. John specializes in Perceptual-Cognitive Training, Sports Mindfulness, and Breathwork Training, using innovative techniques that empower his clients to become self-reliant and consistently perform at their best. His expertise extends beyond athletes, as he also assists performing artists, business professionals, public speakers, and students in optimizing their performance.

John takes a collaborative approach in his practice, emphasizing the importance of creating a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for his clients. He tailors his sessions to foster a team atmosphere, ensuring that clients feel heard and empowered to achieve their goals efficiently. His extensive experience includes working with a diverse range of clients, including business organizations, athletic teams, and performing artists, all of whom have benefited from his guidance. Outside of his professional life, John is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys camping, hiking, and practicing the Wim Hof Method, which combines breathwork, meditation, and cold exposure in the natural landscapes of Alberta and British Columbia.
