He has spent the last 15 years working as a Sports Psychologist and Executive Coach, helping athletes across all levels—from amateur to professional and Olympic—to overcome mental blocks, enhance their performance, and reach their full potential. John specializes in Perceptual-Cognitive Training, Sports Mindfulness, and Breathwork Training, using innovative techniques that empower his clients to become self-reliant and consistently perform at their best. His expertise extends beyond athletes, as he also assists performing artists, business professionals, public speakers, and students in optimizing their performance.
